Manchester United Game

Manchester United survived a scare from Galatasaray to win their opening Champions League game in Group H thanks to Michael Carrick’s early goal.

The Turkish side were denied what appeared to be a clear penalty when Nemanja Vidic fouled Umut Bulut.

Carrick put United ahead after a neat move but they saw Galatasaray hit the woodwork three times as Nani saw a weak spot-kick saved by Fernando Muslera.

Darren Fletcher came off the bench for his first game after 11 months out.

And the return of their influential midfielder for the final 11 minutes, following a long lay-off with an inflammatory bowel condition that had seemingly threatened his career, was by far the best thing about United’s evening other than the three points.

Although they held on to give Sir Alex Ferguson his 100th win as a manager in Europe’s elite club competition, United brought up the century with a performance that was a long way below the glittering standards they have set in the past.

         One of the most popular football club in this century is 'Barcelona club'. Several other clubs could be good but cannot be compared to Barcelona. All stars, from old to young are all involve in this football club. The club was established on the 24th of September 1957. They have succeeded in different football match they play and have been considered as the best football club in the world.

John Bond Dies

       The formal player and manager John Bond has died at the age of 79. The English professional football player and manager had played from 1950 until 1966 for West ham United.making 444 appearances in all competition. In his lifetime, he managed seven different football league clubs. He is the father of Kevin Bond, a formal footballer and coach at Tottenham Hotspur.

                     Of all the clubs known to mankind, Chelsea is one of the best. However, since the world is not always on your side, there will always be enemies yet Chelsea is the best. The last match played by Chelsea was against Stoke city which was won with a score of 1 to nil. Wolves on the other hand are not so bad either, their last match with Peterborough United was won with a score of 2 to nil.

             The best players of history are more than can be counted since the beginning of football however, there are players of this century who cannot be compared to any other. 
            The players are so much so the first on the list, Zinedine Zidane who has gained the best player for a while now. The second best which is well known now is Pele. However,  only the first best player will be profiled below:
1) Zinedine Zidane:Popularly nicknamed Zizou, he is a French former football midfielder. His career accomplishment include winning the 1998 FIFA World Cup and Euro 2000, in addition to the 2002 UEFA Champions League. He is also one of the only three-time FIFA World Player of the Year winners. Zidane won the Golden Ball as the MVP in the World Cups of 1998 and 2006. Zidane played his first professional First Division game for Cannes and quickly rose through the professional ranks. He sealed his reputation by scoring two goals in the World Cup Finals of 1998, helping France defeat Brazil to claim its first-ever World Cup championship. Extremely passionate and a leader by example,he came first in an online poll conducted by UEFA.

                       Going to the stadium is like nothing else. Seeing all those people all rushing toward the gate is like fighting for your life. Things seem to have changed now. There is now serenity in the stadium unlike how it used to be. Everyone wants to see those players in action, everyone wants to take a photo of a lifetime with one of them. Some could do anything for it. I remember lately when a kid ran and took off a player's cloth. The player who took off his cloth when celebrating got the hang of it when his cloth got dragged from him.
